A pale and cloudy Belgian wheat beer with a blend of spices accentuating the character of the yeast. A recipe to which we have added the famous Menton lemon, harvested directly from the trees of our producers. This combination gives us a delicate and leaky beer, slightly spicy and moderately strong, which is a refreshing drink with a dry finish and a light acidic taste brought by our Menton lemons.

A Belgian style beer with a red/brown color and a taste slightly acidic and pleasantly fruity typical of the style. It is aged with oak chips, and offers toasted malt flavors and red fruit complexity. The dry, tannic finish is reminiscent of a vintage red wine.
